ABOUT LANDSHARKS ELITE FOOTBALL ACADEMY

Landsharks Elite Football Academy is a premier youth travel flag football club based in Mentor, Ohio. We operate out of Elite Sports Performance, providing athletes aged 6–14 with professional-grade skill development and integrated speed and agility training. Our mission is to bridge the gap between youth play and high-school/collegiate competition through our signature 'Shark Tank' training environment and a professional academy curriculum.

Bobby Fioritto

Founder and Director of Football Operations

I believe that every athlete deserves a professional environment to grow. My journey began on the football fields of high school and college, but my passion evolved into the study of human performance.

After earning my Master’s in Exercise Physiology and founding Elite Sports Performance in 2012, I’ve spent the last 13 years vetting the best ways to develop youth, collegiate, and pro athletes.

I founded the Landsharks Elite Football Academy to give Mentor families a better option: a program led by a certified football coaches and sports performance specialists who understands the 'why' behind every drill.

My goal is to ensure your athlete is faster, smarter, and more resilient than the competition. I’m a proud Cleveland sports fan and a firm believer in the power of the Buckeye state—but my true passion is witnessing the growth of the athletes who walk through our doors.
